I am Michael Brodsky, the owner of three furniture factories in Ukraine and their representative in EU – Veneto Italia Srl.
In 1993, my Italian partner Aldo Arpi and I founded the first modern mattress production in Ukraine in the city of Cherkasy.
Based on the Veneto factory in Cherkasy, the production of high-quality upholstered furniture, bed frames and sofa transformation mechanisms was created. Next step was creation of modern production of molded plywood components.
We have invested more than 4 million Euro in Bukovinska Lamel factory in Krasnoilsk, on the border with Romania since 2016.
In 2023, Dniprowood factory, a manufacturer of solid oak and ash furniture, as well as high-quality engineered flooring in Berdichev, was purchased to became part of our group of companies to fully satisfy the needs of customers for upholstered furniture, solid wood furniture, chairs, floors, creating interior solutions.
Our clients include such well-known companies as Jysk (Denmark), Andre Renault (France), Simire (France).

PJSC “Dniprowood” (DW™) was founded in 2000 and since that time has recommended itself as reliable supplier of furniture and engineered flooring to the number of clients from Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Great Britain and Israel.
More than 150 qualified workers and engineers are producing furniture and flooring from the hardwood species such as oak and ash. Other species are also possible to use. The design department at the factory, which allows implementing any designs required by customer.
The company seriously consider ecological standards of wood origin.
Since 2010 Dniprowood possesses certificate.
